The show kitchen is the heart of the Rubix Foods Innovation Center. Ideal for in-person cuttings, but equipped with cutting-edge audio and visual technology to accommodate virtual demos, here is where customers get to experience products in application.
Strategically placed in between the R&D lab and consumer insights facility, the R&D kitchen is designed with flexibility in mind. Furnished with the most advanced equipment, tools and talent, the R&D kitchen enables us to replicate the BOH of any custom operation.
This is where the product development magic happens. The R&D lab is a collaborative space for research chefs, food scientists, commercialization scientists, and quality assurance experts to develop and evaluate formulas.
Located in one of the top test markets in the country, our consumer insights facility consists of an 8-booth sensory panel, market research room and observation room providing customers with real-time data and the ability to make the biggest impact with their consumers.
Our QA lab’s testing capabilities and compliance with strict industry standards gives our customers peace of mind knowing that products formulated in this facility will remain food safe throughout the development and manufacturing process.
Our two pilot plants mimic the operations of our plant manufacturing partners which allows us to fast track our product development process. What once used to take a matter of months now only takes days to complete.
